MDF Router cut shapes for inside wall displays

Display Signs

MDF Router cut shapes for inside wall displays shows customers that the

“Pen is mightier than the sword”.

After completing the main external signage for our customer we where then asked to produce a range of

internal signs for the building. They required a number of signs which visually would demonstrate their

own particular skills, developing a visual theme to unfold as their customers moved from the reception

area on the lower level to the creative suite on the next floor.

The signage produced was a construction of painted router cut MDF & machine cut vinyl in various colours.

These created a stunning visual feel in line with the company’s image and their approach to impact & design.

All of the router cut panels were mounted in place using stand off brass fixings & many of the vinyl

designs were applied straight to the newly painted walls & lift doors.

Being a versatile material, MDF is regularly used within our industry to create many types of signage

from exhibitions to point of sale fixtures, MDF stand alone letters can be wet sprayed a colour,

faced with another material or left plain & when fitted with brass locator studs give a cost effective

stunning appearance.

The cosmetic display panels shown are MDF with an applied laminated face, the panels are routed

out from the back to accept the acrylic text and logos to the required depth, when lit by LED’s from

within the cosmetic panel they achieve a very attractive stand top for the displays.
