This is a cost-effective solution for those who want an extra layer of security without direct emergency service involvement.
Police response. For higher-risk properties a police-monitored alarm will contact law enforcement if a confirmed alarm activation occurs. This service is available for alarms that meet specific insurance requirements, offering rapid response in the event of a break-in.

A monitored alarm system is connected to a professional 24/7 monitoring centre. If an alarm is triggered, the centre will notify your keyholders and, if necessary, the emergency services. We offer both keyholder response and police response monitoring options.
Police response means that when your alarm system is triggered and confirmed as a genuine intrusion, a signal is sent to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), which then alerts the police. This service ensures a swift and professional response to potential security breaches. To qualify for police response, your alarm system must meet strict industry standards, including being professionally installed and regularly maintained. False alarm management is also in place to prevent unnecessary call-outs, ensuring that the police are only dispatched when absolutely necessary.
We recommend servicing your intruder alarm annually to ensure it remains in top working condition. Our maintenance plans include regular system checks, battery replacements, and software updates.
All of our intruder alarms come with a backup battery, ensuring they remain operational even during a power outage. Monitored systems will also send an alert if there is a prolonged loss of power.
